what did i do wrong? I ate breakfast and lunch heathily and then came 3 pm and i was starving....?

what did i do wrong? I ate breakfast and lunch heathily and then came 3 pm and i was starving....?
Breakfast consists of = nutri grain brain, yogurt smoothie. and strawberries
i ate this after i went swimmimg for a team and jogging around the nieghbor hood...before i went swimming i had a 1/2 banana
lunch consisted of a healthy choice meal
i exercised a little
then i binged on 2 nutri bars, yogos, trail mix, pb and j, pasta and cheese bread i think thats it.....
i feel sick :/ and i just would like to know were i went wrong....i am tring to get this eating thing down to a pro but i just cant ever figure it out. any sugestions?
btw i am 15
and if i dont eat the rest of the day will i be okay....should i exercise a little more now?
Not enough protein. Carbs digest quickly, and so does fruit. To stay on track you need to include protein in every meal. Try eggs (or egg whites if your really on diet) lean ham, lunch meats, chicken and turkey, and lean beef, and nuts make a great snack. Protein will stick with you longer and you won't feel as hungry later. Don't skip the carbs but balance with protein as well.
